Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of item receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Our selected fabrics are durable and designed to last for years. For routine cleaning, we recommend spot cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild soap. The cover can also be machine washed on a warm setting. Please air-dry only and avoid bleaching, ironing, or dry-cleaning our fabrics.
With extensive use, the filling may gradually shrink over time. You can refill your bag entirely or simply top it up as needed.

This beanbag has quickly become my absolute favorite spot in the entire house it is incredibly comfortable with just the right amount of support that lets you sink in without feeling like you are going to hit the floor.

Great product and the armchair itself is great and easy to put the filling in but the Ottoman/pouffe isn't compatible with the filling sleeve and be prepared for an absolute mess trying to fill it .
