How do I track my package?

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

We accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Google pay) and Apple pay.


What Is Your Return Policy?

We value our customers and want you to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. We offer 30 day risk free return, no question asked.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Simply fill out the return form with your order number, name and contact details and return the product within 30 days, you will get a full refund of the product cost. Please note, KKUSO will not refund shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and deemed suitable for resale (unless faulty). If we consider the fault to be due to misuse or self-damage, then a refund will not be given.

We suggest tracking delivery if you send the product back so that our signature is required upon receipt of the item because we will not issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We do not offer refunds on SALE items.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. KKUSO will not be liable to you for the loss you or any third party suffers for delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided.
