We value our customers and want you to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. We offer 30 day risk free return, no question asked.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Simply get in touch with your order number, name and contact details and return the product within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, deemed suitable for resale (unless faulty).
Our lounge chairs are vacuum-packed for shipping. Once opened, they cannot be returned due to their expanded size and weight.
We suggest tracking delivery if you send the product back so that our signature is required upon receipt of the item because we will not issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
Refund
Shipping already incurred by us cannot be refunded even for free shipping. The processing fees charged by payment gateway is not refundable, fees are listed below:

Afterpay: 7%
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
