  The "COVER ONLY" option does not include any filling. However, you can purchase beans separately from Big W and Kmart, which cost only $11 per 100L . We highly recommend purchasing the cover with KKUSO PREMIUM BEAN BAG FILLING. This filling can be blended with bean bag beads to achieve unparalleled comfort and support, elevating your sitting experience to the next level. 

• Everyday use may cause the filling to shrink over time. Refill your bag entirely or top it up.

• Made with premium poly linen weave
• Clean with a damp cloth and gentle cleaner
• Avoid permanent markers, acrylic paints, and heavy dye
• Machine wash or dry clean if needed

Shipping for bean bag covers is on us, we want you to have the best experience. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days and delivered with major Australian shipping partners.

If you are ordering filled ones, we offer free shipping for Sydney Metro. For other areas, you could view shipping at checkout. Please contact us for other delivery issue.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Simply fill out the return form with your order number, name and contact details and return the product within 30 days, you will get a full refund of the product cost. Please note, KKUSO will not refund shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and deemed suitable for resale (unless faulty). If your item has been unboxed, we can provide a store credit minus a restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced value of the item. If we consider the fault to be due to misuse or self-damage, then a refund will not be given.

We suggest tracking delivery if you send the product back so that our signature is required upon receipt of the item because we will not issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
