Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of item receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Our selected fabrics are durable and designed to last for years. For routine cleaning, we recommend spot cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild soap. The cover can also be machine washed on a warm setting. Please air-dry only and avoid bleaching, ironing, or dry-cleaning our fabrics.
With extensive use, the filling may gradually shrink over time. You can refill your bag entirely or simply top it up as needed.

I'm happy with it! It makes a nice reading nook. The colour is vibrant and unique. Easy to fill with only one person. It is low to the ground so may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Unsure about washability of the cover. It would be fantastic to have an external cover that could be zipped off and washed. Overall I am really happy with the colour, texture and ease of moving it around. A fun addition to a home, works well in my studio apartment.
Absolutely love these chairs! The quality is excellent—durable fabric, well-stitched seams, and they hold their shape beautifully. They’ve added a cozy and stylish touch to the space. The only thing I would say is that I’d love them just a tad bigger for a bit more sprawl room. That said, they’re incredibly comfortable and well worth the purchase. Highly Recommend

Very fabulous for a bean bag! PSA, Do not attempt to fill if you're having a bad or frustrating day. They have made it as easy as possible but the nature of the beans is to fly everywhere with every breath and movement until it looks like you live in a snow globe. End result was worth it!

Love this lounging beanbag chair! Love the fabric and shape, and sooo comfortable! What I didn't love was filling it by myself, especially before I found there was a zip from the inner to the bag I could have used to fill it! No instructions came with the kit but I should have seen it I guess! Nevertheless, best beanbag on the market- thank you.

Better than expected!! Only suggestion - perhaps a tiny tiny bit overfilled with filling? When sitting not much depth in chair But overall love it
The dodo bean bag is great - was commandeered by our dog on the first day and is in daily use! One thing - it took 3 weeks to deliver and a couple of attempts to get in touch to get a status. I now understand there was a spike in EOFY orders received and warehouse staffing problems - regardless, an update email after a week or so confirming the order was still in the pipeline would have been ideal. The current process made me question whether the order had gone through or been missed.
Love the funky look and it is indeed extremely comfortable.
