Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of item receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Tracking information will be sent to you via email after your order has been dispatched. Should the initial delivery attempt fail due to absence of recipient, the courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery. Please be advised that redelivery may involve additional fees.

Our selected fabrics are durable and designed to last for years. For routine cleaning, we recommend spot cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild soap. The cover can also be machine washed on a warm setting. Please air-dry only and avoid bleaching, ironing, or dry-cleaning our fabrics.
With extensive use, the filling may gradually shrink over time. You can refill your bag entirely or simply top it up as needed.

This bobo bean bag is the star of my living room!
When my boy knocked his juice over in the first week I honestly panicked, but the covers can be zipped off, so they went through a cold wash and straight back on like nothing ever happened. Still looks brand new.
