We value our customers and want you to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions: Eligible Items: Must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase (e.g., order number). Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, personalized/custom items, and final sale products.

If you are not entirely satisfied with our Beanbag, we’re here to help. Simply get in touch with your order number, name and contact details and return the product within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, deemed suitable for resale (unless faulty).
Our Lounge Chairs & Modular Sofas are vacuum-packed for shipping. Once opened, they cannot be returned due to their expanded size and weight.
We suggest tracking delivery if you send the product back so that our signature is required upon receipt of the item because we will not issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
Noted:If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund
Shipping already incurred by us cannot be refunded even for free shipping. The processing fees charged by payment gateway is not refundable, fees are listed below:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of paymentwithin 3 to 7 business days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Warranty Policy
At KKUSO HOME, we provide the warranty (“Warranty”) for its products that have been purchased in Australia. This Warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)(“Australian Consumer Law”). The benefits provided in this Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other laws in relation to the products to which this Warranty relates.
We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of sale, this Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This Warranty is not transferable and does not cover products used for commercial purposes. Exclusions: Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, this Warranty does not apply to any products sold as seconds, floor stock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product.
What Is Covered by the Warranty? Major Failures For major issues, you are entitled to (a). return the product and get a refund; (b). return the product and get an identical replacement, or one similar in value if reasonably available; or (c). keep the product and obtain compensation from KKUSO for the drop in value of the product caused by the major failure.
Minor Failures For minor issues, you are entitled to (a). keep the product and obtain compensation from KKUSO for the drop in value of the product caused by the minor failure; or (b). replacement of the product.
Warranty Claim Costs Any costs associated with making a warranty claim (such as return shipping) are the responsibility of the claimant.
Product Replacement If your product is confirmed to be defective, we will replace it at no charge. If the exact item is no longer available, a replacement of equal value to the original purchase price will be provided.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty? This warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following: (a). Repairs to a product are made or attempted by a service provider other than one approved by KKUSO. (b). The product has not been used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions as provided with the product. (c). The customer uses the product in an abnormal manner for example if the product is abused, misused, dropped, crushed, impacted with any hard surface, exposed to extreme heat (including fire) or cold, not maintained properly or used after partial failure. (d). The product has been modified, incorrectly adjusted or operated, subjected to incorrect electrical supply or inconsistent electrical supply or used with inappropriate accessories. (e). The product is tampered with in any way. (f). Burns or Heat Damage Damage caused by cigarettes, fire, or exposure to heat sources; (g). Animal Damage Chewing, clawing, or other damage caused by pets or wildlife; (h). Mould Growth While our outdoor products are mould-resistant, mould caused by dirt, food, or improper care—such as leaving the product consistently wet—is not covered.
In addition, this warranty will not apply to any other damage caused by improper or abnormal use, or other causes not arising from normal wear and tear.
Please note that bean filling is excluded from this warranty, as natural compression and flattening occur over time depending on usage.
How to Claim Your Warranty? To submit a warranty claim, please follow the steps below: (a). Contact Us Email hello@kkuso.com.au and include the following information: 1. A detailed description of the issue 2. Clear photographs showing the damage 3. Your order number or proof of purchase 4. The email address used to place the order 5. Details on how and where the product is used and stored
(b). Assessment & Approval Once your claim is received, our team will assess the issue. If approved, we will provide you with an appropriate warranty solution.
WARNING (a). Warning for products containing foam beads THE FOAM BEADS CAN CAUSE SUFFOCATION TO YOUNG CHILDREN. ONLY OPEN ZIPPERS TO ADD OR REPLACE BEADS AND THEN IMMEDIATELY CLOSE FULLY.
(b). Force Majeure WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM ANY OBLIGATION WHICH IS DUE TO AN EVENT BEYOND OF OUR CONTROL INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY ACT OF GOD, TERRORISM, WAR, POLITICAL INSURGENCE, INSURRECTION, RIOT, CIVIL UNREST, ACT OF CIVIL OR MILITARY AUTHORITY, UPRISING, EARTHQUAKE, FLOOD OR ANY OTHER NATURAL OR MAN-MADE EVENTUALITY OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, WHICH CAUSES THE TERMINATION OF OBLIGATIONS ENTERED INTO, NOR WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEN. WE WILL MAKE UTMOST EFFORTS TO NOTIFY YOU WHEN SUCH FAILURE HAPPENS.
